    Missions

    • Manage crew planning, rotations and crew changes for assigned vessels.

    • Coordinate recruitment activities, liaising with recruitment agencies to source qualified seafarers and negotiate costs.

    • Prepare employment contracts and oversee crew mobilization processes.

    • Ensure all crew certifications, training, visas, passports and medical documentation remain valid and compliant with company and regulatory requirements.

    • Coordinate training requirements with external training providers and relevant authorities.

    • Review seafarer appraisals and implement appropriate actions regarding promotions, training and performance management.

    • Monitor manning levels to ensure vessels remain compliant with Safe Manning requirements while optimizing crewing costs.

    • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure the crewing database is continuously updated.

    • Supervise and support the Crewing Officers and Assistants in the management of personnel documentation, certification and training records.

    • Liaise with internal departments, agents, agencies and crew members to ensure timely and accurate communication.

    • Provide out-of-hours support when operationally required.

    Profil

    • Previous experience in Crewing, Maritime Operations, or a similar role.

    • Proven team management experience.

    • Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, certifications, and crew administration.

    • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
