    Missions

    • Develop and evolve quality procedures and monitor compliance of their application.

    • Raise awareness and train staff on the quality approach.

    • Analyse non-conformities, define and recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.

    • Monitoring and continuous improvement of the subsidiary's documentation system (document control, change requests).

    • Prepares management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).

    • Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and follow-up), and producing investigation reports where necessary.

    • Follow-up of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.

    • QHSE induction for new employees.

    Profil

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in QHSE

    • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position ideally with off-shore marine industry, windfarm or oil and gas.

    • Knowledge of UAE regulation and NL Flag regulations
