    As of December 2023, Jifmar acquired Acta Marine’s workboats division and together they form the world’s largest independent operator of workboats. An exciting journey that lies ahead of us where we will focus on best practices and continuous improvement

    Mission

    As a Crew Coordinator, you’ll wear many hats:

    • Navigator: Maintain crew records using our crew management system (Adonis). You’ll be the lighthouse guiding us.

    • Bridge builder: Liaise with crew, agencies, and fellow team members. Your communication skills will keep us sailing smoothly.

    • Training expert: Ensure crew members complete required training before embarking. Smooth seas start with prepared crew.

    • Regulatory expert: Stay informed about manning regulations—our compass to compliance.

    • Talent Scout: Evaluate potential crew members and keep an eye on development.

    • Crew happiness officer: Happy crew, smooth sailing. Keep morale high and leave rotations well-managed.

    • Crew change specialist: Set up the right routines for the crew changes and all that is involved.

    Location: Den Helder
    Hours a week: 32-40
    Startdate: in consultation

    Profil

    • MBO degree (a bachelor’s degree is a plus).

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

    • Team Player: Collaboration is our culture.

    • Quality focus: Setting yourself and other up for excellence is our culture.

    • Communication Skills: Strong in Dutch and English.

    • Availability: Minimum of 4 days a week
