    Missions

    In direct contact with the project teams and the Fleet Support Department, you will play a key role as a Naval Architect or Marine Engineer – Project Manager, supporting modifications to the existing fleet as well as newbuild projects.

    Main responsibilities:

    • Design and develop innovative technical solutions for the construction, conversion, or repair of work vessels;

    • Supervise and coordinate feasibility studies and technical analyses;

    • Assess and select appropriate marine materials, equipment, and technologies;

    • Work closely with engineering, naval architecture, and production teams;

    • Ensure quality, performance, and regulatory compliance of all deliverables;

    • Monitor technological and regulatory developments within the maritime sector.

    Key Information

    • Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)

    • Start date: ASAP

    • Location: Den Helder

    • Salary: €55,000–€60,000 gross per year

    • Benefits: Meal vouchers (60% covered by Jifmar), health insurance fully covered by the company

    Profil

    • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Naval Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Marine Engineering

    • Ideally 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role

    • Advanced proficiency in MS 365, AutoCAD, as well as stability and design software

    • Fluent English required (key stakeholders are non-French speaking)

    • Strong operational excellence, with solid organizational and leadership skills
