    Mission

    Vous aurez pour principales missions :

    • Participer à la définition de la stratégie achats de Jifmar et assurer sa mise en place.

    • Recenser, évaluer et sélectionner des fournisseurs en fonction des objectifs de qualité, de délais, de coûts et de volumes définis avec la Direction

    • Négocier avec les fournisseurs sur les prix, les obligations à respecter de sa part, les conditions de paiement, etc.

    • Travailler étroitement avec les équipes techniques (Projets et Armement) à fin d’établir un cahier de charge aligné aux projets et aux opérations de la société.

    • Assurer un rôle d’interface et de communication interne afin de favoriser la bonne intégration des achats réalisés.

    • Rédiger ou valider, avec l’aide du département juridique, les contrats et les accords. Définir les conditions contractuelles d’intervention des fournisseurs en fonction des objectifs. Veiller à la bonne réalisation des accords définis contractuellement.

    • Auditer et évaluer les fournisseurs selon des critères définis avec la Direction

    • Intervenir en cas de litige avec les fournisseurs et/ou de non-respect des conditions d’intervention, avec l’appui du département juridique de l’entreprise.

    • Assurer le reporting auprès de la Direction et suivre le budget achats

    • Participating in defining Jifmar's purchasing strategy and ensuring its implementation.

    • Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers in line with the quality, lead time, cost and volume objectives defined with management.

    • Negotiate with suppliers on prices, supplier obligations, payment terms, etc.

    • Working closely with the technical teams (Projects and Armament) to draw up specifications in line with the company's projects and operations.

    • Acting as an interface and internal communicator to ensure that purchases are properly integrated.

    • Drafting or approving contracts and agreements with the help of the legal department. Defining the contractual terms and conditions for suppliers in line with objectives. Ensuring that contractually-defined agreements are properly implemented.

    • Auditing and evaluating suppliers according to criteria defined with management.

    • Intervene in the event of disputes with suppliers and/or non-compliance with contractual terms and conditions, with the support of the company's legal department.

    • Reporting to management and monitoring the purchasing budget.

    Profil

    Formation : Bac +4/5 Master II Achats école de commerce ou diplôme d’ingénieur
    Expérience     : 5 ans d’expérience souhaitée, dans un secteur maritime / offshore.
    Compétences : Bon niveau d’anglais ; Outils informatiques.        
    Qualités :     Rigueur, organisation, aisance relationnelle, réactivité, capacité de synthèse, sens de la négociation.

    At least 5 years' experience in a similar position.
    Very good level of English required; IT tools.
    Qualities: Thoroughness, organisation, good interpersonal skills, responsiveness, ability to summarise, negotiating skills.
