Missions
QHSE Manager organizes and coordinates quality implementation products and services, on all processes and structures of the industrial enterprise :
Develop and evolve quality procedures and monitor compliance of their application.
Raise awareness and train staff on the quality approach.
Analyse non-conformities, define and recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
Monitoring and continuous improvement of the subsidiary's documentation system (document control, change requests).
Prepares management reviews (data collection, implementation and monitoring of monthly process KPIs, annual process review).
Ensuring compliance with the accident and TI procedure (reporting, opening, investigation, implementation of corrective actions and follow-up), and producing investigation reports where necessary.
Follow-up of NC and action plan for internal and external audits at subsidiaries.
QHSE induction for new employees.

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £55k - £70k per annum, depending on experience.

Profil
Experience in a similar or equivalent position ideally with off-shore marine industry, windfarm or oil and gas
