Missions
All aspects of the organisation’s bookkeeping – including:
Purchase invoice processing.
Supplier Statement reconciliation.
Preparation of month end accruals.
Sales invoice processing.
Receivables reconciliation.
Bank reconciliation.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Dealing with customer and supplier queries.
Job Type: Permanent
Office: Based in either our Oban office or Stirling office, depending on the location of the candidate. Will be required from time to time to attend our other offices.
Salary: £26k - £30k per annum, depending on experience.
Schedule typically: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm.

Profil
Experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
Good computer skills especially in use of MS Office suit.
Good communication skills.
