What You'll Do:

·       Be the go-to person for our staff, providing support and guidance on all matters related to compensation and leave.

·       Take charge of HR administration, ensuring seamless processes for onboarding and offboarding employees, crafting contracts, and managing changes in employment status.

·       Drive the setup of our HR annual cycle, assisting with data collection for bonuses and salary reviews.

·       Prepare and process monthly payroll adjustments with precision and efficiency.

·       Thrive in a dynamic environment, actively contributing to HR improvement projects.

Profil

Who You Are:

We're seeking a dedicated HR support professional who thrives in both team settings and working autonomously within an international context. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and excel at prioritizing tasks, you could be the perfect fit!

 

What We're Looking For:

·       Minimum MBO level education.

·       Experience in payroll and pensions administration is advantageous.

·       Proficient in both Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·       A proactive team player with a keen eye for accuracy.

·       Available for approximately 24 hours per week.
